:( I'am trying to make a vcd from a divx
I'am using tmpgenc everything is going good i make a mpeg1 file from the divx no problem so far
Then i make a wave file with virtuel dub now problem when i look in file information i can see that it is a 23970 fps file(ntsc)
Then i go to tmpgenc load the mpeg and the wave
then i must fill in the video source i go two template and select Video cd (pal).mcf
by Source aspect ratio 4:3 625 line (pal)
When i burn it with vcdeasy and play it on mine stand alone dvd player i get scrammbled movie,i have try every thing a load every possible source by template but still now movie just scrammbled
I thing the fold is in ntsc-pal i don't now what to do futher can some one help me.

I forgot something i live in the Netherlands so i need pal i can not change my dvd ore tv to ntsc.

I didin't now that my question was so difficult,so i think that my carriere as a vcd burner is over;-(
Maybe if some one have a solution please give it to me.
