  1. I received a glass showcase as a gift and it have this plug that is suppose to be plug into another part that connect to the outlet. Unfortunately the original owner lost that piece. This plug supply the lighting to the showcase. Does anyone know the name of this plug? I went to Radio Shack and show the rep these pic and he stared at me blankly

None of my catalogs list it ... be quite old ... better find out what the device's power requirements are ... you'll simply end up replacing that plug if it use's normal house power or a power brick.

Similar to those old pedestal sewing machines which were converted to power way back ... the plug between there power cable and the motor no longer exists and you simply modify them.

  3. It looks like something you would need to plug into a transformer. The company I used to work for used plugs like that on low voltage lighting chains that would then plug into a 12V AC output transformer. It would be worth examining the lights to see if they are marked with any power requirement as a standard LV lighting transformer could be what you need, though you might have to cut off that plug and wire direct to the transformer terminals.

They also look a lot like Blaupunkt/Volkswagen speaker connectors:
