:( I got a bunch of avi video's. I'm bruning VCD'S with nero and I encountered a weird problem. All the movies are in 480*480. The prob is that some of them, In full screen some of them "fill" the screen. But some others have a black bar on top and bottom. When I watch my VCD on a DVD player only the movies that does'nt fill the screen are displayed properly on the tv screen. Otherwise, I miss an inch of image on top and bottom of the tv. Can anybody help? :-?:x

I don't quite follow what you want to do, if you already burned them, you will need to re-encode them, and what is it you want to do exactly ? make them into Full Screen or Wide Screen ?

The thing I want to do is to make the "full" screen ones fit my tv screen. The prob is that some movies fit perfect and some others (with same resolution) does net fit the screen; they did not scale properly... is there a way to "preview" my vcd so I won't waste 3 hour encoding a video that doesn't fit my tv?

Do you know that if you alter Wide Screen VCD's, you would end up with a stretched image on your TV ? the Black Bars are there for a purpose.
But if you want to lose the sides of the movie and make it fit, you need to use the Center option in TMPGenc.Email me for faster replies!
