How Long is it takes??

On my machine 3 times the length of the movie in minutes/sec/hours.

for 45min of video, it takes me roughly 1hr 15min, thats on a amd 1gig.

You can't get excellent result with VCD, it is the nature of the VCD.
3x conversion is the norm, anything beyond don't really help.

Iám trying now to encodes smal peaces to try how it works.
but i have a problem with playing,on the stand alone dvd player the sound is good but de movie is bad.
I see that the mpeg is 23.976 fps,so i must take the templete videocd ntsc.mcf
,but i need in the Netherlands pal,so i choose for the videocd( pal). mcf
because i can not put my dvd player on ntsc.
But when i play the movia i see all blokkering en stottering images,what did i wrong?
