Nothing wrong with eBay, but the average user doesn't know what they're looking at with VCR's. Thought I'd post here too (I'm not the first to post a "for sale" thread...)

it's better these days to actually SELL the item on eBay with a long personal write-up on just what exact condition the item is in (gently used, factory refurb, original owner, full money back guarantee, etc)
these items usually go for more than the average sale because of the great write-up
copying and pasting some lame factory description usually gets the lowest bids...if any

It's a thin line to post any for sale items on this forum. Afterdawn has a for sale or trade section, but videohelp doesn't and has never had one. Prepare to get pinched if you pursue this - I was once.
