My boss is going to be giving a lecture in a couple of weeks. He asked me if it would be possible to do a live webcast of his lecture. I have a webcam, he has a website, but other than that, what software/hardware do I need to get started? Any help would be appreciated! -Tchail

What is your uplink bitrate?
Check out UStream or Justin.tv
Follow their directions. Use a DV camcorder connected Firewire. Rehearse this well in advance of the lecture.
This assumes no services budget. Better to bring in a pro if this is serious.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
