I have a big 2GB Mpeg-2 SVCD compatible file on my HDD. I now want to put it on 3x80min discs. I want to use TMPGENC for the cutting of this file ino 3 smaller mpeg-2 SVCD compatible files. I was trying to do this but in TMPGenc it just tells me the starting and ending time of the clip I select but say if I want that this clip should be around 720MB (i.e. file size based and not time duration based ) then how do I make my approximations for the starting and ending point of the clip.
If tmpgenc cannot do that, then is there any other freeware which can do it.
