  1. Every time I use clownbd to extract ALL of the four epsiodes of the original star trek series that's on a blu-ray disc I get the message: ts muxe: can't create file J.\J:\bdmv\stream\00000.m2ts. Also, when I get to step 2 (the play list section) I don't get a selection labeled "PlayAll" like I saw in the instructions on how to use clownbd. When I used anydvd and bd-rebuilder I was only able to extract one episode which was copied four times and the others where left out. I was told that clownbd would extract all of the four episodes. Any reply is appreciated.

You don't need ClownBD,TSmuxer can "rip" each episode. First use Bdinfo to identify the playlist files and then open one of the playlist files in TSmuxer. TSmuxer will select the version with new CGI effects by default. Each episode should be small enough to burn directly on a DVD9,you might need to check the box "Convert HDaudio to AC3" to make them small enough for DVD9.
BDrebuilder can make a full disk backup of each episode disk, allowing you to select which episode version to watch. The seemless branching used on the TOS BR disks is unusual and does not have separate playlists for the different episode versions. You may get a minor audio bump in the full disk audio at the point where the m2ts files change but you may not even notice it.
