1/ Control-click the link, then choose 'Download Linked File' (Safari) or 'Save Link As' (Firefox) from the contextual menu.
    or
2/ Option-click (Alt-click) the link, to download the linked file immediately (Safari & Firefox). (My favorite.)
    or
3/ Control-click the link, the choose 'Copy Link'. Next, open Safari's Downloads window and paste (Cmd-V).
    or
4/ Wait for the "page" with code to load completely. Next, menu File > Save As to write the file to disk.
    or
5/ Download this zipped copy. Browsers find .zip files less confusing and will download by default. I wish mpeg2enc was originally published in a .zip compressed archive. It would have prevented a lot of confusion. Unzip before use.
