MacTheRipper - "Untitled Project" Subtitle on Ripped Results

Hello, I have a personally made DVD that I am ripping by chapters to my computer using MacTheRipper.

however on each chapter after I rip it, a white title comes at the bottom saying, "Untitled Project Chapter 1" etc. or whatever.
I want to upload these vids to YouTube, so how can I get rid of that subtitle?

Or make it so it doesn't appear in the first place>

I can't seem to open VOB files with iMovie.

You don't need MacTheRipper for a personally made DVD. Couldn't you just use MPEG Streamclip?

You need to purchase the Apple QT Mpeg-2 add on for $20 first.
then use either iMovie, MpegStreamclip, or QT Pro to open the .VOB file
and convert it to DV stream to upload on youtube....
