No sound .MVK convert help

Hey, i used GOTSent to convert a .MVK 720p file to play on my xbox 360. I followed this tutoral http://www.digital-digest.com/articles/Xbox_360_MKV_Playback_Guide_page1.html and did everything to the letter.

I plugged my usb in to my xbox 360 and loaded the file, great picture but no sound.

I looked up on here for answers and found a link to a program called Popcorn MVK Audio converter, i followed the steps in this tutorial http://audioconverter.heartware.dk/Tutorial/ but all i get is

"Skipping conversion - none of the audio tracks can be converted or the conversion has been disabled: Audio Track #1 of codec A_AC3 is not of a codec type that can be converted by AudioConverter.If you have no sound while playing back this file, try the "Re-sample AC3 audio tracks" option in the "&File" menu"

Dont know what to do can some1 please help me, thanks

try to pass it thru MKV2AC3 which is an alternative to Popcorn MVK Audio converter

Full install, and then I suggest to use the defaults, don't change anything but the output folder

just add the ORIGINAL MKV, select an empty working folder and hit START...just simple as that
