    I have tried the one in AVI Demux & it sucks. I use WinAVI Video Converter & the size is not always right

    I guess it's winavi that sucks....

    But try the very simple VideoCalc and see if you get any different result.

    I use the one in AviDemux with no problems with Divx/Xvid.....and I'm an idiot.

    I use vcalc as a standalone calculator (have for years) with no issues. It handles most situations, although it hasn't been updated for HD audio bitrates

    I would call that a bitrate recommender as it this doesn't calculate the bitrate if you want a specific file size.
