  1. I use the Vixia HF S20 camcorder to record MXP only.
    That's 24 Mbps.
The camcorder comes with 32GB of flash memory storage.
It has two slots for additional SDHC cards.
The manual recommends class 6 SDHC cards.
But class 6 won't be fast enough for MXP of FXP mode.
I asked Canon if it will work and Canon doesn't guaranteed that it will work.
I wonder if anyone has made this work.

    Thanks,

    Willet

I have the Canon Vixia HF 200 camcorder. I only record in MXP. I use Transcend 16 GB Class 6 SDHC flash memory card and have no problems. Don't know where you heard class 6 won't be fast enough.

  3. Hi BlackHawk1,

    Thanks for responding.
    I thought Class 6 means 6mbps.
Recording in MXP is 24mbps, doesn't what mean the camcorder can't write the video to the ard fast enough?

    Thanks,

    Willet
