    I finally received my registration email and installed VOB2MPG Pro. I enter my email and registration # in the form and click next but the program says unable to connect to database. I click back as suggested and try again and receive the same message.

    Forgot to add there is a second window behind the first after pressing cancel. It has a HEX number in the user data area.

    Can you please try again and let me know how you get on? I have had some issues with the servers today.
