Convert MPV and ac3 to MKV

Using tsMuxer I demuxed a BLuRay movie to one mpv and one ac3.
How do I combine these to an MKV

I want to make a 1:1 mkv file. What I mean by this is that the total size of the MPV and AC3 are 20 GB. I want the MKV to also be 20gb.

I have used MakeMKV in the past to make an mkv file, but I would like to know how to do it when I already have the mpv & ac3 file
