When a user run the VCDEasy, a message appears,
Sorry, you must have administrator Privileges to run VCDEasy on Windows XP.
That user using Nero 7 Ultra Edition, and allow to Burn CD/DVD to Everyone in Nero BurnRights.
I dont want to give administrator privileges to domain users.
But Administrator has no problem.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

The VCDEasy installation asks you if you want to let everyone on the computer run it or just the person installing it. Looks like the installer picked the last one. Try re-installing it.
