How to convert 1080i that I made from my camcoder Sony HDR-CX-115 to 1080p? It is important not to lose on video.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Why do you want to even do this? Unless there's a very strong reason, it's best to leave as-is.

Depends on what algorithm is used for deinterlacing. And NONETHELESS, you'll still lose quality re-encoding (even to the same format).
Use a media player that supports and converts on-the-fly.

I want to burn that video file on bluray. I try some sample on PS3 and everything goes ok, but in windows media player on PC I get some lines, so I thinked that is better to convert to 1080p. So, you suggested better to leave on 1080i?

Your camcorder is producing BluRay-ready video. You'd be mad to mess with it. BluRay fully supports interlaced video. Window Media Player on your PC apparently does not - there are plenty of other players to choose from though!
You can't put 1080p50 on BluRay (which is what you'd get from correctly deinterlacing 1080i50), so you'd be stuck with 1080p25-in-1080i50 (which would look stuttery compared with the original) or 1280x720p50 (which is lower resolution than the original).
Cheers,
David.
