Simplest is just to copy the new avisynth.dll over the old one (usually in C:\Windows\System32)
    - first rename or backup the original so you can revert if necessary.

Also add MT.dll to the plugins folder (C:\Program Files\Avisynth 2.5\Plugins).

The other files are source files, etc, which you don't need in order to run the software.

Note that there are two different ways of multi-threading
MT() - each frame is divided and different parts processed in separate threads
SetMTMode() - several frames are processed in parallel
    For usage information, see

I have no direct experience of win7, but I can see that the middle one (22/12/2008) corresponds to the standard (single-threaded) Avisynth 2.58 dll, and that is the one you want to replace with the new one.

  7. On 64 bit Windows the 32 bit avisynth.dll goes in the \Windows\SysWoW64 folder (all 32 bit dlls go there).
