Run inspect.exe in your BDRebuilder folder. Post the results.
Also post the log file.Pull! Bang! Darn! -

- X264: Wrong version found
- AFTEN: Ok
- FAAC: Ok

herre u see x264 wrong version found but even if there will be : ok nothing is changed still X264 big annoucment is appearing X264 is closing and ................ files after compression are unwatchable currenlty i am using DVDFAB but there is no option for multiaudio tracks to remove only Rebuilder have this option.
i dont know do i need to remove something in WIN registry. -
Try the latest version of BD Rebuilder, v.0.36.09. It was released Dec. 21st.
Set FFDShow VC-1 to wmv9 by the way. -
Yeah, do that.
If that doesn't fix it, you need to show us the BDRB log file.
When X264 exits, you may think the problem is X264. No, it quits because it's not being frameserved properly. A number of things can cause that. But how did you get the wrong version in your BDRB folder? Did you deliberately replace it?Last edited by fritzi93; 3rd Jan 2011 at 16:10.

codec setting didnt helped this is mine problem as u can see on this picture it happen imiediately after starting reencoding most problems i had with VC-1 codec when i was doin Fast and Furious 4 [2009] u can also see fps yes its fast coz its I7 processor . I got also other one PC where everything is fine but i didnt bought new PC with I7 for still using old PC there is is just C2D.
If u can send me somewhere upload i dont know rapidshare your profile setting of codecs maybe it will help
u are asking for logs but logs are just like this
[13:26:53] Collecting video information
- Source Video: MPEG-2, 1920x1080
- Rate/Length: 23,976fps, 1 012 frames
- [13:26:53] Reencoding: VID_00101, Pass 1 of 1
- Encode failed. Retrying.
- Encode failed. Retrying.
- Reached retry limit. Aborting.
- BD-Rebuilder v0.36.06 (beta)
this Retring is due this closing down of BDRebuilder. Right now i have 2 version with rebuilder one from PC wich is still working [C2D processor] and this new one BD Rebuilder is working ok but this X264 is just closing down do i need to remove something from registry or remove some other aplication aka power dvd?

You haven't answered the question as to how the wrong version of X264 got into your BDRB folder. And the latest BDRB is 37.01, you should try that. X264 has been updated three times since the version of BDRB you're using.
Anyway, I doubt the problem is your configuration, assuming you don't have a codec pack installed (do you?). However, when uninstalling and re-installing Haali, you should manually delete the Haali folder before re-install, as it does *not* uninstall cleanly. After re-install of ffdshow and Haali, you shouldn't have to change any settings if inspect.exe says your configuration is okay. You can also try using the internal LAVF decoder.
I had a look at the bug report thread for anything similar to your problem.
The two most likely suspects seem to be:
1) Bad rip. Try again, with AnyDVDHD if possible.
2) Your system may be unstable. Are you overclocking? As jdobbs says:
"What I believe you'll find is that if you slow down your system a little, the problem will likely disappear. X264 will stress you system to the max -- a lot more than other "stress testers"... I've seen it happen many times before, usually after a couple of hours of running."
However, you're not running for hours, X264 is stuffing up immediately. Still, it's worth looking into. The log is interesting in that encoding 720x480 goes okay, then 1920x1080...problem.Last edited by fritzi93; 3rd Jan 2011 at 19:33.

well i have 4 halli filescoz Inspect told me very often hAli : not recommended version i will also reinstallin this frequently and no results
just aftresh fresh intall of W7 all i done is directly download those 3 file from Jddobs doom9 and installed and right click on BD-Rebuilder thats all but its just once per system that bad
today i will post again with new version of Rebuilder inspect and i will remove all old version of Rebuilder from this PC also before putting new version i will remove and install again all 3 files FDDSHOW HALI and AVI SYNTH and no i didnt intalled any codec pack coz i done 10 Blu ray already i am making full disc with menus and extras i dont want movie only i can use matroska file with same result.
and then i will report all again.
tnx for help -
Try turning off any malware scanners. It's a long shot, but it's been reported several times that Comodo heuristic scanner can cause the X264 "failed encode, retrying" error in W7.
When you run a version of BDRB for the first time in W7, you should run as administrator and allow it to correctly adjust your configuration.
You haven't said whether you're overclocking. If you are, try slowing down a little.Pull! Bang! Darn! -
