    I am looking for an ATI Stream enabled converter that can convert my movies into x264 and aac. Can any one name few?

    I haven't looked at ATI's GPU encoders for quite a while (a year or more) but when I did the quality was terrible. Hopefully things have improved since then.

    I was thinking of flash streaming....

    But I have most seen Nvidia CUDA based h264 converters lately.

    Arcsoft Media Converter 7 supports Nvidia CUDA, ATI Stream, and Intel Quick Sync.
    MediaCoder and Badaboom only support CUDA.
