First I have read the other post but still cant get the audio to show up in TMPGEnc. I have tried Nimo codec pack and checked ac3 decoder but when I install this the audio still does'nt show up? can someone please take me through this

You need to give the direcshow filters the highest priority, 2 will be great! yov'll fins it under settings-> envirment settings

frotsen: yep it also worked and it is a bit simplier than demulitplexing...I will add it to the tmpgenc guide.

That worked
, but now the sound is alittle faster than the video, any advice? Almost there.

You may wanna try to things:
1. install intervideo direcshow audio filter, in Nimo codex pack. And encode the sound once more.
2: Use BBmpeg to multiplex, and delay the sound.(only if it's constant out of sync).
