How do I do it? I haven't the faintest idea how. I know it involves the command prompt, but after that I'm at a loss.
Any help would be amazing.

You use the for loop, http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/for.mspx?mfr=true
Code:for %f in (*.mkv) do mkvextractgui-2 %f paramaters

I've never been good with bat files or things of that nature, Baldrick. Could you give me an example if it wouldn't be too much trouble?
@bat999: Yeah, I know, buttons and such but it's annoying having to reload a new file every minute or so to rip something out of it. If and when I've got a few to do I'd rather set it and forget it. -
