I can't find a product to do this. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I haven't seen any such software. It would require that you reconvert the video and if you also want to keep the menus, etc it wouldn't be that simple.

As Baldrick says, it'll involve reencoding the video. If you want to make the subs selectable and keep the original video, he has a guide for that:
