  1. Hi,

    Is there any way I can correct the color in this video? I capture the following frame using Virtual-dub. If you noticed the time stamp, and temperature in the lower right hand corner is white. I usually make color correction using white as my indicator in photos, but not sure how to correct this in video.

    I have Virtual-dub, and Sony Vegas Pro 10, for editing.

    Get the Vegas Pro scopes working (set "Studio RGB", no setup). Then set black and white (using that temp reading). I use the levels filter for luma.

    Most likely it will look correct after setting luma. If not do fine adjustments to saturation and hue (HSL/HSV filter).

  3. Apply your corrections using masks or a selection, just like you would do in photoshop.

    The bottom part and station graphic was probably overlayed after onto the video , so it doesn't suffer from the same issues
