    Sony is trying a another new approach on camcorder. This time is Sony analog camcorder with USB transfer.

    They claim it can stream live video. Did anyone got one of these and can you tell us what are the video format, audio format, resolution,format... on this new breed of camcorder. USB for the most part is to transfer digital still, and short mpeg2 ( lossy ) video.

    Is this new approach work as good as DVcam ?

    I think its more of a webcam type of thing, but thats just a guess.
