    What software would allow the best quality conversion to dvd9 from an x264 source?

    Got a file I need to convert for a workmate but I want to use the highest bitrate possible for a dvd9 disc.

    Tried Mainconcept but I can't seem to set the bitrate higher than 9000 which doesn't use all the disc space. Tried TheFilmmachine and thats the same.

    Anyone recommend any software to try please?

    i would say try FAVC and set it to the size you want or even AVStoDvd but I imagine that since you've installed theFilmMachine it will play hell on those apps cause of the codec pack that comes with it
