The problem with the SubtitleCreator program in Windows seven

I have problems with this program in Windows seven
In the font settings after setting the settings subtitle movie not applied
font unicode UTF8

I can't address that specific problem - but I had a problem with this program in 64 bit W7.
The colours and fonts were all mixed up in the saved VOB/IDX and SUP files.
The only way I get around it was to save the files as VOB/IDX then modify the IDX file:

Thus:
