DVD (full menu structure) to swf or other mobile format

Hi all, this is my first post here, but I've been looking around for some time for the right tool but unable to find it. I have an interactive DVD that I would like to be able to use on my HTC Evo (mobile phone). I'm pretty good with Adobe products, and I can convert some DVD's that I've authored into SWF file, which work perfecting on my phone, but since this is a DVD not authored by me... I can't seem to get it to work.

What I need is the menu structure intact. Since it's an interactive DVD I'm clicking on titles and listening and watching bits of the video, within the DVD menu. Anyone know of a good tool that will allow me to either:

1. Covert DVD into an Adobe Encore, editable format (including menu)
or
2. Tool that will convert full DVD into SWF, including DVD menu.

If anyone has any other suggestions, I would really appreciate it!

No such software. You have to recreate the entire menu using flash professional.
