How to edit a Hidden PMT File

its422 and the PMT is hidden I have tried Videoredo mpeg video wizard

can anyone download this small 12 MB 18 second video and tell me what program can edit it

Very difficult to edit , because there are no keyframes (it's all P-frames only), and the stream is damaged.

The only way I found you could even play it in sync was to demux with eac3to, then remux with elecard xmuxer.

(I couldn't find any free muxers that worked properly and tested a whole bunch like tsmuxer, tsremux, ffmpeg, I even tried different containers, mxf, mp4, ts, mpeg-ps muxers etc.. )

It could then be edited in avisynth properly and in sync using ffms2 or directshowsource() (and could be played in directshow players like mpc using ffdshow to decode, haali media splitter) .

Most retail NLE's won't be able to edit it without the 1st keyframe
