how to change the Menu without messing up the whole DVD structure?

Hey Guys

first I really appreciate the you guys' help, now I know how to add subtitle by using VobBlanker and PGCedit without change the original DVD structure.

now I'm thinking about translate the menu. Using VobBlanker I see the all menu files is a video clip, so can I use the video editing tool to change and replace it? I don't know how the button works, should I edit the button information as well?
