  1. Hi,
I just started downloading divx files and I was basing my downloads that divix is best. Also I would look for the largest file available thinking the bigger the better but what about resolution? What is best resolution for converting to vcd to play on a TV? Also when downloading and converting to VCD is it as good as a new vhs or dvd?
    Thanks,
    Newbie :)

  2. well file size is usually a good sign of if it,s been over compressed or not as to resolution depends on where in the world you live (320-240 north america, 352-288 most of the rest of the world). A well made vcd might look close to what a new vhs tape will, forget about dvd though it's more than twice the resolution.

  3. if the resolution is bigger than what u need that's ok smaller will not look very good though.
