    Unless you have a motherboard tester - you'll have to check the beep codes at the manufacturers website.

    I worked on one last year that looked on the surface to be a bad install or virus. After running a motherboard test on it - the processor was dead. I'm not even certain you can purchase a mobo tester anymore - I've had that one for years.
