My Philips 762 plays SVCD's and VCD's pretty bad. The usual reported hickups and freezes. This occurs on almost all medias I have tried so far, except for a SVCD of Monsters Inc. but I don't know what program that was used for that copy.
Right now I use Roxio VideoPack 5 but I still have problems - The user "Albino" claimed he had Philips software for SVCD creation ... does anyone know where to get this?
Regards
Kristian

First off, you have to have Windows NT4. Windows 2kpro, XP, or any other OS will not work. Not even with addcomp, or using the run as command.
The toolset is very picky with the files you feed it. It conforms exactly to the specs.
All three tools can be down loaded from Philips (Designer, Toolset, and Verifier).
The Toolset outputs a cue/dat burnable with FireBurner, or CDRWin.
