    Apparently stupid comes in threes

Will this one also be ruined by bad acting, poor direction, abysmal editing, racially stereo-typed voice-acting and a complete lack of a point ?

Have you seen the JJ Abrhams Star Trek redo? Massive flaring in that one too but a good movie.

I saw the trailer online and it looks intriguing.

I have to admit I actually like the Transformers movies. But only in an action movie sense. Not because they are paying homage to the original cartoons that I loved and have on dvd (the 25th anniversary rerelease from the other year - seasons 1 and two only - not the one after the cartoon movie).

They are kinda like Lethal Weapon and Die Hard - just lots of action and not much story. As long as you go into them that way you can have fun but if you try to go in with other expectations you won't.

Oh are they bringing back that sector 7 guy? He was alright but I think any potential for him was dried up in number 2.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

  9. I must admit chap, Star Trek is on the list.

Having recently watched a podcast from a year or so back with Andrew Kramer going into his part he played in the trailer... I have as of yet to watch both the trailer and film.

Transformers however I do watch avidly... because as you say.. I too grew up with it... Dino bots are calling... but only to re-kindle my childhood
