Can anyone please tell me.. what this problem in this video is called... Reason of this being discussed on this thread

The problem is caused by errors in the digital video stream. It could be caused by bad reception of digial TV signals or by dirty video heads in a tape based digital video camera. Soewhwere in the transfer it occurs some errors which can not be fully corrected by the error correction algorithms. I am sorry to say I do not know the correct english term for it. I would call it something like bit faults.
