svcd came in .bin format? HELP

OK, this may be a nobrainer, but here goes
I have painstakingly downloaded 4 seperate large "svcd" files , which were all zipped. upon extratacting them, they were all .bin formats. What do i need to do to burn these vcd or svcd format , or to just watch (open) them on my computer

thanks, been trying to lean all i can the past few hours, still no luck, have downloaded isoburner as well as cdmage, but no extraction occurs
