    hi

    i have the k-lite codec pack and when i play a video with mpc home cinema i looks very grainy but only when its dark in the video.
    here is a example on how grainy it is:
    http://yfrog.com/61grainypicturej (click on the picture to make it big then its much more easy to see how grainy it is) so what do i have to change in the codec settings to fix this?

    When i play it in vlc it looks much better, so i guess it should be something that easy to fix in mpc

    btw its a mkv file

    nvm problem has been solved i just needed to turn of the setting that lets the GPU help processing the video

    If you're using MPCHC, why do you bother with a so called 'codec pack'?

    That's a workaround, not a solution. You should to figure out why DXVA decoding isn't working.

    ok how do i fix the DXVA decoding? i dont even know where the settings for this are?
