  1. 1.
    This instruction https://www.videohelp.com/tools/FLV_Splitter
is not updated for windows 7 (64) and i cant think anything out self on my own basically

Run and type regsvr32 have been replaced with other command?
    what is that command?

    2.
And once i get past that step and i know i will have a problem to understand the rest of the command

    "C:LocationtoFLVSPlitter.ax" (i have not unpacked my "FLVSplitter_20090428" to "C:LocationtoFLVSPlitter.ax")

The splitter i wanna use happen to be installed here C:\Program Files (X86)\Boilsoft Video Splitter
How do i translate the above command to my situation? or is it all ready done above lol, but i want it exactly

Cause i take for granted i will not be able to browse myself into
a folder that contains the splitter's exe file...therefore theres a risk i will type wrong
in some impossible misunderstanding as usual

    Try

    Code:
    regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (X86)\Boilsoft Video Splitter\FLVSPlitter.ax"
Why can't you browse to that folder???

I didn't know whether i would be given the option to browse, it was just a prediction from my side that i may instead
be forced to type to boil-softs location

But that is a later problem in any case, since i have never been able to open the re-direct window,
cause first you must tell me what have replaced "regsvr32" in windows 7?

It hasn't been replaced. In Vista/Windows 7, you also have to be running it from an elevated-permissions command prompt (even IF you're running as an Administrator). Try finding the shortcut for the Command Prompt in your Start menu (it's probably somewhere in the Accessories folder), right-click on it and select Run as Administrator (or similar, if Win7's changed it at all). Change to the directory with the file you're trying to register, and try using the regsvr32 command to register the splitter, again.

I think there may be additional steps necessary to register 32-bit codecs and filters on a 64-bit system, though. There's been a few posts about it, here - it's a good idea to search for those posts before trying what I mention above.
