no video when encoding using TMPGENC

I have a divx (avi) file that is using 20 FPS, I extracted the audio using virtualdub as a WAV file. I then tried using TMPGENC to encode the avi file with the WAV file to VideoCD (NTSC). When it encodes the sound is fine in the MPG file, but there is no video. Any ideas?

Try loading the AVI into Vdub, set streaming and save another copy. Convert the second copy with TMPGEnc.
