Blu-ray conversion and authoring

I finally got a bluray burner and there are a few things I would like to do. I want to be able to take some of my dvd's that have mutliples(movie plus sequel) and put them on a single blu-ray. I also have some video from a hi-def camcorder that I would like to put on blu-ray. I have the main concept reference 2.1 that I can use to convert the video to mts. Is there a simpler program(although this one is not too complicated)? What is an easy to use authoring program for blu-ray's? I used the tmpeng dvd author program for my dvd's. I have been using version 1.6 for a while now. Before I purchase the newer version 4 I wanted to see if there was something better and/or cheaper and/or easier out there.
