  1. I have a ASCII file that contains two colums. The first colum contains the time in seconds and the second contains various engine data (depending on the test being run).

    How can I overlay the engine data onto a video file?

    What format video file? What codec does it use?

    You can probably convert the data to something like a .srt format and overlay it as subtitles. Or maybe some other subtitle format. Otherwise you would probably have to convert the text to video and you may be able to overlay it that way.

    But others here may have some better methods.
