Software that can output to MKV with 1920x1080 and DTS Audio

Sorry but i am having a problem and i am new in this video work

the problem in details
1-i have a movie that is 34 gigabyte (large size for my HDD)
2- its extension is m2ts
3- i want to convert it to MKV
4- it has 2 video tracks (1920x1080 and 720x540) and 4 audio tracks (2 DTS And 2 AC3)
5- i want only the 1920x1080 video track and the first DTS Audio track
6- i used Handbrake to that but every time i do that the program crashes after 15%

can any one help me to do The same with any other software that can output to MKV with 1920x1080 and DTS Audio

You can use MKVmergeGUI to make a new MKV file with just the 1920x1080 and DTS Audio tracks.
It's part of the package 'mkvtoolnix'.
There's a Windows version available.
