    I went to the ahead site and did the song and dance with their online "help". According to their homepage, there should be an address within this maze but I sure can't find it.

    I went there before. When you click the support email link you get this completely usesless online "Help Tool System". It helps alright, helps them duck questions because it's a loop. One link leads to another until you're back where you started. The email address is supposed to be in that "Help" tool but I sure as hell can't find it.
