    I have some home made videos which are now in vdc. I dont have original casettes from which I ripped them into vdc.
    I want to convert the vdc's into some new formats either blu-ray or dvd. It would also be good if I can upscale it as part of conversion.

    Appreciate if you could suggest me a way to get this done.

    Just let your tv/dvd/blu-ray player upscale. It's not worth to reconvert and upscale.
