Is there a way (simple as possible) to delete unwanted audio streams and subtitles from BD backup but keeping original structure (menus, extras etc.), untouched video and remaining audio (DTS-HD, True HD). Size is not a question as it will be stored on a HDD as BDMV structure. Thanks.

Problem is that it is a seamless branching disk and there is a over 100 m2ts files and 5 or more form a movie file (don't know which one). Can I select playlist file (mpls) that will show all m2ts files that form a movie stream?
Also in my BDRB in Settings - Output options there is: Target size BD-5, BD-9, BD-25 and custom size. Where is BD-50 option? Am I missing something?Last edited by dvbuljan; 16th Nov 2010 at 16:24.

bdrb can handle seamless branching disks. Just deselect unwanted stuff on the branch out.
When you run bdrb, bdrb will automatically deselect you're unwanted stuff for all m2ts files associated with original.
To select BD-50, go to Settings, then Setup, and put 50,000 in the Custom Target Size box.
Then make sure you select Custom Target Size in Output Options.

Ok. Thanks. Will give it a try and report.
Just one question. What does custom size means? Does that mean the final size of the (in my case) BD backup will be 50 no matter what, or it will be limited to BD-50 size. Reason why I'm doing all this is to reduce size of the BD backup after all.Last edited by dvbuljan; 17th Nov 2010 at 04:18.

If you set custom size to 50,000, then bdrb will not compress any of the video. It's like setting it to BD-50. I stated that you should use this method because your original post said that you wanted the video untouched and size was not a question.
Now, if you are trying to reduce the size of the BD then use BD-25 setting with all unwanted audio and subtitles. Depending on the original size of the disc and how many audio and subtitles you remove, there probably will not be much compression to the video anyway. -
No. This is just what I want. Reducing the size of BD backup by deleting unneeded audio but keeping video and BDMV structure untouched.
