I`ve followed the instructions in the Dazzle site.I`ve got the latest version for Windows XP (4.24).Cables are connected properly,green light on front of device,card seated properly in slot...anybody has confronted this problem?![]()

Just shut down the computer down for 7 - 10 second, do not use restart to boot your computer. It will work now.

.I kept fiddling with it and got it to capture video.Started the wizard again,this time,unable to hear audio!!! I have read and re read the enclosed instructions on how to hook up my VCR to the DVC II....no luck here.My DVC II came with the latest drivers for Windows XP (version 4.24).I`ve also searched the Dazzle support site and nobody seemed to have this problem,finally submitted a question to tech support.I`m holding my breath and crossing my fingers
