I've been using SW 2 & 4 since 1.5 years ago, I had no problem with it.
It's a powerful software. But today, everytime I'm trying to open video files it says it crashes. Then I formatted the harddisk but still saying it crashes.
It goes something like this:

	Fault Module Name: vsfilter.dll - disable or uninstall VSFilter / DirectVobSub
-
	You're right. But i don't know how to uninstall or disable VSFilter / DirectVobSub. So what I did was changing the .SRT filename so it wouldn't be the same as the .AVI filename.
 And Voila! it's working now. Thanks for the help mate.
 I'm just curious how you uninstall DirectVobSub? I couldn't find the file in SW4 file folders or even in K-Lite Codec Pack file folders.
-
	Usual its in control panel -> Ad or remove programs with name DirectVobSub

 if not, go to folder C:\Program Files\DirectVobSub

 if not, find location VSFilter.dll file, my location for example is C:\Program Files\DirectVobSub\VSFilter.dll
 click Start -> Run
 copy-paste: regsvr32 -u "C:\Program Files\DirectVobSub\VSFilter.dll" and click OK
