DVD Subtitles to Bluray rip in mkv

I have a lot of Bluray rips in mkv containers some of these have no subtitles and can not be found on severals subtitle sites therefor i want to rip my subtitles from my DVD and then put it into the mkv file
I can se thath all Bluray subtitles does match all bluray rips because they all are the same format, not like the dvd witch can be pal or ntsc

can any body please tell me hav i adjust my pal dvd subtitles to my bluray rips ?

Subtitle Edit. No you wont find any dvd to blu-ray setting. But you can try the syncronisation->point sync.

Or try subtitle workshop, aegsub.
