Allright here's the information on the files I am trying to convert...I'll tellya what they are incase any of you have ran into these movies...first is Street Fighter 2V the series it's an avi file 320 x 240 pixels 29 fps data rate is 142kbps 24 bit video sample size and the video compression is DivC codec.... I uncompressed the Audio on the file to PCM 16bit 705kbs... now here's my problem...TMPEG...aci2vcd no matter which one I try...NO video...just sound no matter what I'm trying to convert them to Mpeg's NTSC format...and no matter what nothing works...anyone know what steps I should take to convert this file to Mpeg? any suggestions..? this is driving me insane...also I'll give you the description of another movie Final Fantasy Unlimited that I am trying to convert to burn also...it has the exact same problem 512x 384 pixels audio 128kbs audio format MPEG Layer - 3 (thats uncompressed I can fix that...so I can convert it, it's the video thats the problem) Video is 23 fps data rate 112kbps 24 bit sample rate and video compression is DivX codec....if you guys can help me out I would be extremely grateful jeeze a long ass post remember NO VIDEO ON CONVERSION NO MATTER WHAT IT DOESN"T WORK! HELP ME OUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT HERE!! THANKS!

    Seams like the last week everyone (Including me) has had some sort of problems with video/audio. I wonder if it has anything to do with DivX 5 release.

    Anyway, most of the time I find that by loading the AVI into Vdub, and saving another copy (Streaming) fixes these problems.

    Some source AVI's are corrupt, and sometimes a scan for bad frames is needed to remove those bad frames before any form of conversion is tried.
