Weird problem during the DTS -> AC3 convert

Hi there pleople!
I need Your help!
I'm trying second day to convert an *.mkv file from DTS audio format to AC3.
I use PopCorn mkv audio concerter.
The lenght of source file size 6,45 GB and is 0:58 minutes long.



After about two minutes I see this (picture below). Target file is about 2,9 GB size and it is only 28 minutes long.



One more thing.

I have on my hard disc also:

BBC Life E02.mkv
BBC Life E03.mkv and there is the same problem with all of them. I'm tryed to convert those files using many options combinations.

You might try eac3to and see if you have better luck with it. The only explanation I have is that I know that DTS files sometime have garbage in them that causes problems when trying to convert. I think there is some kind of program that supposedly can fix DTS files and maybe if you use that it can fix your problem. delaycut might be able to do it.

I can't extract audio stream from the mkv file because after extracting using mkvmerge it is only 28 minutes long.
How to extract audio stream from the mkv file to have the stream full (58 minutes) NOT 28!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Help!
